Dealing with this company was a nightmare. We placed an order on July 9th to have two of our vehicles shipped from FL to CA and the available pick up day was July 23 but had to be picked up by the 25th. We dealt with Teddie the sales rep and offered us a great price. We paid a deposit of $200 on that day. Did not hear from anyone. So on July 20th we called Christina, "our assigned rep"' and she said "oh no worry, if we don't pick up the cars on Monday (7/23) we wil pick them up by next Monday".... Ummm no, that wasn't the agreement. Explained to her that we were flying out on Thursday morning and no one would be here for the pick. She did not seemed concerned and said she would call us back. No call back. We would call and get voicemail. So on Monday we call Teddie to see what was going on. Decides to place me on hold to check and hangs up on me with no call back of course. Tried to reach him and VOICEMAIL. Finally called Harrison the owner, he states not to worry, he knows our situation and we will be on the truck. Called him on Tuesday and after a few tries and voicemail he assures me he will have a driver. Come Wednesday no call from anyone. I try to reach Harrison and I get hung up on, Kristina tells me to call back for Harrison. Then they tell us to leave our cars in their parking lot until they get a driver.... That is not part of the service!!! They tell me there are no routes that way... BS!!! I was able to find a driver within the hour. I called to get my refund on my deposit and Harrison tries to talk me out of it. He said he would email me the "refund paperwork"... Still have not received it. During our conversation Teddie emails me a work order confirming our reservation... WTF!!! They can't even keep track of their clients and they just see us as a deposit they can keep. We called for the refund and they tried to bargain with us by offering us $100 back... So you are telling me you want to keep $100 for not doing anything and wasting my time?? Not going to happen. Oh and when we started looking for a pick up on Friday 7/20 they still hadn't listed us on the board. So if this is the type of service you like by all means give them a call. These people are crooks. I don't even think all their other reviews are real. They been on here a month and are getting reviews every day? Yea right!!!
