I was skeptical after reading the last review on this company. I called to cancel the order. I was immediately contacted by the representative for this company. He encouraged me to go with his company and assured me that PUMA would get my S80 Volvo to Los Angeles without any problems.

I decided to go with the company after feeling more comfortable with what I was hearing. The driver Z called several times prior to picking up the car, letting me know details concerning the time of my pickup. He arrived on time, on Thurs eve. at five as promised. (during this time Md was recovering from a snow storm, as was much of the country). He picked up my car, was very quick to get it on the truck and on it's way to L.A. He told me he would arrive to L.A. on Sun at noon. My son called me Sun three hrs early letting me know the car had arrived and everything was fine.

Thanks Puma for your reassurance. The truck was in good condition and the driver friendly.
