My 1st car transport was a challenging one. The destination was an AirForce Base. My son recently joined the AirForce and wanted his car shipped from Chicago to Goodfellow AFB (in the middle of nowhere). I originally signed up with a different broker. They would get me confused with other clients everytime I called and wouldn't respond. I switched over to Q-Auto Transport and it was a world of a difference with rep Leah. Very professional and responsive. Manager Will had to get involved because drivers weren't interested in the posting. Will made some changes and we got a driver. The driver was on time and very professional providing updates as needed. If needed, I will use them again and highly recommend them !
