We spoke with Will about pick up and drop off and that all went as planned. Hassan the dispatcher is a liar and non responsive. When we received our vehicle the dashboard was damaged and and long crack all across the front. We were moving and had items in the truck stolen, not anything of high value but the principle of the matter is the destructiveness and dishonesty of this company. No person wants their things stolen! They will get what they deserve. The truck that picked up our vehicle was not the same that dropped it off. The guy that dropped it off could not follow instructions of how to get to the house and the directions were literally "just drive straight down the street" because we could see him coming. It was a large road in front of our home and he was reluctant to pull up. Probably because he had our stuff in his truck and didn't want us to see. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Stolen property is one thing but damaging property internally is another. Save yourself the hassle and use another company.
