So if anyone is considering using Q auto transport based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. I DO NOT Recommend using them. We contracted with them to transport 2 vehicles from Portland Oregon to Dallas TX. The first vehicle arrived in 3 days. That is great but we told them, and they agreed to not deliver it for 5 days because we wouldn't be there to except it. So we had to jump through hoops to get someone to pick it up for us. The second vehicle we were told would be no later than the 14th. Well it still isn't here, should be here tomorrow. I spoke with Anne Fragata at Q auto transport and she basically said that they take NO responsibility for the shipping of the vehicles. They are only a broker and they contract with other transporters to move the vehicles. I have also left MANY messages for them that went unanswered. The customer support is awful. Unless you like getting the run around or just plane out ignored then use them but I would highly recommend that you use someone else.
