Extraordinary service from Mary. She kept in touch and my future daughter in laws suv went from Modesto Ca to Pensacola,Fla. without a problem. I had never done this before and was nervous about it. I had 2 cars to ship this one and my sons from another city. Just got to realize although it didn't happen on this trip, weather, breakdowns even just heavy traffic can delay arrival by a day or 2. This one went perfect
