I wish I could give this place less than one star, the service was terrible. At first everything was fine they said they would pick up my vehicle to transport it from the south on a Monday, long story short my vehicle did not get picked up until later in the week on Sunday. Then my car was finally dropped off to me that NEXT WEEK on Wednesday. So over a week longer than expected it took. I tried getting updates from the driver Joe who was assigned through Auto Ignition LLC. I called, left several voicemail's and he would never answer to at least give me a update on where he was with my car. Then called me back and said he didn't like my messages and was kind of rude towards me, when my messages weren't even rude in the first place! I just wanted to know where he was so I wouldn't be at work when he finally decided to show up and give me my car. Why get mad at me because YOU'RE LATE? It was a complete headache!
