The company gave a bid and was not able to fulfill it.I understand that these companies might not find transport as they are a brokers, but my elderly parents did not understand this and Kim did not explain it to them. The company strung us along until the day of pick-up and then when they did not pick up the car they would not return our phone calls. We wanted to make sure that we had cancellation of the entire contract as they never picked up our vehicle, and found they gave us a bad email. This company is the worst, use them at your own risk. Their rating doesn't even warrant a single star.
