Hello, I have never written an online review of anything, but wanted to warn others about this company. I should have read more of the reviews before attempting to do business with them as it seems that clearly I am not the only one who has had this problem, and like someone else said, I would give them zero stars if I could. Having never transported a car before, I did not know exactly what to look for or what to expect, but the price quoted to transport my car from CT to PA was acceptable. The online quote generated was $330. This was indeed lower than others, so I called to follow up. The representative himself put in all my details, took my information, and quoted me the same price so I agreed. He said it would probably be a day or two and then I could expect to hear from the driver, this was on Monday. I still had not heard anything by Wednesday, so I called and spoke to a different representative, she told me that their policy is 1-3 business days, so asked me to wait one more day. On Thursday, this same woman told me that actually, the price I had been quoted was very low, that due to some "systems upgrade/change" the online program generated a low quote, and also the representative I had booked with had also made a mistake, and so she was having trouble finding a driver who would do the job for the agreed upon amount, and suggested I pay more, but asked me to give her one more day. It is now Friday, and I spoke with a third representative who told me more or less the same thing, and that ultimately they could not find anyone to do the job. So I have wasted an entire week without my car being jerked around by this dishonest company.
