First of all there was no contact as promised with driver letting us know when vehicle was arriving. I could not reach ever by the supposed cell phone i was given. They then dropped it off, my son looked over the car and no visable damages. The driver left and when my son went to drive it there was serious damage and he couldnt turn the wheels. He called the driver back and driver claimed it was cuz vehicle was old. We had the car checked out by our mechanic pre-shipment. The trailing arm was broken and cost 1100.00 to repair and 2 weeks of a car rental while it was in the shop. The insurance company wont return my calls.(claim this damage isn't on the carriers policy) They wouldnt even send out someone to look at it. I do have photos to prove the damage. I did not pick this company on my own i went thru a broker. PREVIOUS reviewer please contact me!!!!
