I have used Quality Car Move several times and find the company very responsive and I feel comfortable with their recommendations. Also, they get me the best prices. This time I didn't love the driver because of his poor communication with me, not that fault of Quality Car Move.
The driver picked up the car right on time and he contacted me the next day to tell me when he would deliver the car to my house. That was wonderful. However, when the delivery time changed by several hours, he did not tell me until I had been waiting all morning. He blamed it on "the dispatcher." No excuse. But my car was delivered in good condition, and I was very happy to receive it.
