The reason I chose Chris Davis at Quality Car Move is because he responds fast and was willing to work at a price level I was comfortable with. He made me aware that it might take longer to get it shipped at my price point but we would make it work somehow. I have had cars shipped before... I will call Chris Davis first next time so I don't get flooded with emails and automated responses. The personal touch goes along ways with me. As far as the actual transport of the car (non-runner with parts inside), it was picked up on time and made it to me on the day it was promised. I called Chris a couple times during the week long journey, because the Driver was not too responsive, for updates on ETA. The Driver not answering the phone is understandable since you want him concentrating on the road anyways.
