This is the second time I had contacted Chris to transport my vehicle. He is knowledgeable and very effective in his business. He kept me informed throughout the process and delivered as promised. My only issue was that he gave me a $50.00 discount as a repeat customer, which frankly surprised me as I was being transported at the end of Florida's high season which is quite busy. As it turned out, the $50.00 discount had to be canceled in order to be competitive and find a trucker who would accept my bid. It wasn't that big a deal as $50.00 additional was not that expensive in the big picture and frankly the transport home was the same price as the transport down. The fact that my original pricing was lower than most resulted in a delay of booking a trucker who would take the bid which in turn ran the process down to the wire- got me a bit nervous but eventually Chris coordinated a transport that coincided with our travel plans. The car was picked up in time and delivered to Massachusetts on time. Job well done Chris- see you in the Fall.
