New car, shipped from Pennsylvania to Washington State. Car arrived in 9 days, with no damages, and all-in-all a successful transaction. Drivers were courteous, permitted shipment of an electronic drum set in vehicle which saved us a major headache. So positive marks on the really important stuff.
This shipment was brokered by another intermediary company.
Only suggestions for improvement relates to communications with the customer. Both pickup and delivery occurred 1-3 days later than expected. No big problem as we were flexible, but it was impossible to get a status of what was going on (nobody at the company returned calls, texts, or emails). We had 1 hour notice of impending delivery on the evening of Memorial Day, three days after we anticipated delivery, and not a word from the company in the interim...not a problem but it sure could have been in other circumstances.
