I went through a broker as well and had read previously that this company has a bad reputation. They are known for damaging peoples' cars during transport or worst case scenario, they never receive their cars! I can't believe the broker that negotiated this would set me up with these people. They are horrible and up till now I have no car. I arranged for transport back in 7/02/2014 and the estimated arrival was 7/15/2014. The broker can't reach them either and no one has a clue if my car is safe. This company needs to be investigated for unethical practices such as fraud. They have breached my contract for the estimated time delivery. No one can tell dispatch as to the whereabouts of my vehicle which is so very scary. I will contact the Attorney General of Washington and notify the law enforcements if that is the next step for me to take. These reviews of what people are saying about this company is very true. They are horrible and needs to be shut down and out of business. This is ridiculous and as for a first time a scary experience. I will not use a transport delivery service again to protect myself against situations such as this. Who has the time to be stressed out and time consuming regarding these transport delivery companies who does these type of unethical practices.
