Beware of using Quality Relocation Services if planning to move or transport a vehicle. I was assigned them through imovers and had the most terrible experience a person could have starting from day 1, which turned out to actually be day 4 because they came three days after the agreed pick up date. Good luck trying to contact anyone because they don't answer the phone and have chosen not to set up the voice mail service. After pick up of my vehicle, it arrived in an acceptable time frame, but the driver backed my car off of the loading ramps and damaged the undercarriage of the front fender and tore a softball size chunck of fiberglass off my car when the car slammed down. I have spent three months of my time tring to contact the company to discuss my claim, but no one answers the phone and no one responds back to my calls or emails. The shipping costed me $ 900, but it has cost me much more than that in the damage caused to my vehicle, the time and gas I spent driving around getting estimates to repair the car and 3 months of stress and hassle trying to contact the company to BEGIN a claim... and still no luck. BEWARE OF USING QUALITY RELOCATION SERVICES. YOU MAY GET SOMETHING, BUT IT WILL NOT BE QUALITY.
