It had been over 20 years since I had transported a car, so I was not sure exactly what to do. After searching on the internet and requesting quotes, I called three of the cheapest quotes and questioned the people. John at Quality Transport was the most knowledgeable and most helpful of the three. We communicated many times over the course of this transaction, as I had booked him two months prior to the date I needed. He was very prompt in returning my calls if I had to leave a message. He offered me information as to what to look for, what to expect, etc. When the day of pickup arrived, the driver was in contact with me several times. The freight truck had to be in the shop for repairs, so he did arrive a little later than was previously stated, however the driver kept me very informed throughout the day. The car arrived in Iowa a day earlier than expected and again, the driver was in constant communication with the drop off person. I would HIGHLY recommend John from Quality Transport for any freighting of vehicles.
