I dealt with John and couldn't be happier with my experience. I spoke to him several times with concerns or questions and he was always available by telephone, or returned my call promptly. John was able to arrange a pick up and delivery quickly and communications with him and the transport company were top-notch. Because of the July 4th holiday, I was expecting to have to wait for a week or so before transport could be arranged. Not so! My car was picked up and then delivered two days later - on July 3rd!
