This company is the most unscrupulous company I have ever dealt with. It started with Irene sending me a quote for $575.00 to move my car. I specifically asked her if this was the full amount. She said that the reason it said I would owe the driver $575.00 was because I hadn't paid them the $175.00 deposit yet. I received an email from Anthony Smith quicktimemovers.anthony@… stating "as per our conversation your order 46146 is 575.00 minus the 175.00 and your bal. due will be 400.00 on delivery thanks Irene"
The driver calls and says the $575.00 needed to be in cash, no checks. I mentioned to him that I only owed $400.00 and that is when it hit the fan. His boss was calling me saying if I didn't pay they would impound my car. I mentioned my contract with QuickTimeMovers and he said he had never heard of Quick Time Movers, his contract was with Available Logistics.
Then Al from Quick Time Movers aka Available Logistics called me and threatened to cancel the contract, impound the car and charge me over $840.00 to get it. Had I researched Available Logistics, LLC I would have found the numerous bad reviews but I didn't realize at the time that this was the same company.
