Broker was Quicken Auto Transport. They first booked NAO as the transport company. When NAO failed to call or show up Quicken Auto Transport (Chris) quickly got me service with Transport Express. I worked with Elizabeth and Chris.
They were very helpful in soothing my fears and nerves about transporting a car, as this was the first for me. They worked hard to keep me posted about what was happening even working from home over Thanksgiving. They are a great broker and followed through from start to finish. I recommend them and will use them again when the need is there.
