The entire process was seamless. I called David Tartaglia at Quicken Auto Transport on Thursday morning. We agreed on a price and he sent a contract over to me electronically. My car was picked up in NJ shortly afterwards and was delivered to my mechanic in RI later that same afternoon. Turns out the car was transported on a single-auto enclosed truck. Couldn't be more satisfied. I did find cheaper transport services but their reviews made me nervous. I would definitely use Quicken Auto Transport again.
