First I need to say I am a Director of FLEET Service for a large transportation company in the State of Michigan. If I had a couple of employees like this working for me they would be looking for other employment. Nothing but lies from start to finish, had to break several meetings and plans multiple times due to the consistantly changing of dates and times for delivery and pickup. I have never experienced a company being this unprofessional to a customer. They offered compensation back to me but I was charged the full amount by the driver. What an experience that I will never repeat again for simply moving a car. Next time I will just drive it myself, will save a lot of agrevation and basically I would have been able to get the car faster even by flying out to the west coast and driving it back staying each night at a hotel..........VERY POOR
