I was very skeptical about using an auto carrier to transport our BMW x3 across the country. Made several calls to other companies for comparison and was given a variety of quotes. Several companies I could never get a live person on the phone to address questions. We were just about to give up when I called. RCC Transport. I spoke with Simmie, she was so nice and helpful. Any time I called back she always answered the phone. Dimitry was our assigned driver who had his office in Edison NJ. He arrived on time for pick up and delivered as promised. Other than the car being dirty on the outside (open carrier) the car was fine. I would highly recommend using RCC Transport. Thank you!!!!
