The biggest concern I have about this company is that my car is damaged. There are many details that I would like to note that have added greatly to this horrible experience. My car arrived 6 days later than it was supposed to arrive and when I called customer service a day before it was due, they couldn't get a hold of the driver to find out where my car was and when it would be delivered. The fact that I had to call to ask about my car and that no one called me to tell me that it would be running late was poor customer service. The fact that I had to call several times because no one returned my call and/or got back to me was also poor customer service. Someone should be calling to update if there is a delay and promptly returning calls. At least be honest and and call to say that the driver hasn't been in contact yet. I would respect honesty. I called several times and several times they couldn't reach the driver. When the driver finally called he explained that he had several breakdowns along the way. This would have been helpful information when I was wondering of the whereabouts of my car. This could have been passed on to me, so I would have been aware that my car would be late and not to expect it for several more days. The driver also explained that he had to jump my car 3 times. When my car arrived my trunk was open. I asked one of the two drivers and he said he accidentally just opened my trunk when he was looking for the lever to pop my hood....since he had to jump it to get it off the truck. I believe they left my trunk open for 2 weeks! I was really concerned that maybe something was really wrong with my 3 yr old car but I have had my car for 6 days without having to jump it. My spoiler is loose, the panel separating the undercarriage from the driver door is pulled loose, there are scrapes on my driver door and there was a piece of my clothing that I had in a bag in the trunk that was stuffed under my passenger seat full of grease. My clothes were used as grease rags! I called their customer service (of course after I gave all the money that was due) and they promptly called me back to let me know they were trying to contact the driver....that is familiar. That was Saturday and it is Thursday. I have not heard back about my car. I called on Tuesday to find that they hadn't gotten a hold of the driver. I am livid but not surprised at the customer service I have received given past experience. I would strongly suggest not using this carrier. I will never let anyone I know use this company ever.
