If you speak spanish,book this carrier. If you speak English stay away. His answer machine is in Spanish and there is no other way to contact him. He cares only about making money and has absolutly no respect for you or your property. Like others who have posted,I got my car at 2.30 am, DAMAGED. The proper authorities need to close this company down. The car was dirty inside and scratched on the outside and Roberto fxxxing Pena couldnt care less. There was no contact from begining to end,his truck was a dirty pile of crap and his laid back,on siesta attitude was disgusting,if I were a violent man I would have smashed his teeth in, but unlike that ahole,im not that dumb. He seriously seemed under the impression that this was normal practice,how can the BBB let such an unproffessional moron be responsible for peoples expensive cars. He must be breaking all sorts of DOT laws. Someone needs to sort this company out before someone gets hurt!!!!!
