In May of 2008 my husband and I had our new car transported by RGG Auto Transport from Colorado to Virginia. When we met the driver in Virginia to receive our car we noticed that the front windshield of the vehicle was cracked. The driver of the transport truck, Brian, acknowledged the damage and assured us that he would replace the windshield. Brian instructed us to get the windshield replaced and then to call him to send us a refund. Brian stated that he would do what was right and pay for the replacement. After months of unreturned phone messages we have yet to resolve this issue. We have even reported them to the Best Business Bureau which they seem to not care much about. RGG Transport did a great job of getting us our vehicle on time but lacked any customer service. Use this company at your own risk because if something happens to go wrong they will not be around to make it right.
