Trying to track down Richard from RIM

An absolutely horibble experience with RIM Auto Transport so far. I dropped off my car in Calgary on June 4 after being quoted 4-6 day delivery to Toronto. It’s now June 20 and no car. The first week it was "truck problems". Then after telling me it was finally on the truck for delivery last week by Richard, after it didn't arrive, I finally called the drop off place in Calgary and low and behold it was still in their lot. So in addition to the breach of contract related to the 4-6 days, I was blatantly lied to about my car's status.

Then, after numerous unreturned calls and emails, I proceeded to go to RIM’s offices in Brampton, but it is just a virtual address. At the address is actually a company called Performance Auto Carrier. Richard from RIM was not there when I arrived. I was then given an alternate number from Performance to call him on, but it is out of service.

I am still trying to get to the bottom of this situation and am considering a combination of legal action and a call to the Ontario Provincial Police. I also have a lot of friends in the media that would love this human interest story about hard working consumers like me getting screwed in a bad economy. RIM picked the wrong guy to screw on this one.
