Worse than POOR service. If I could give negative stars, I would. Every time you called their toll free number, you get a voice mail prompt to leave a message. No live person. You have to play phone tag with Rachel. She was quick to take my information for payment of the $125 deposit, but that was it. Once the deposit was received, I did not hear back from her. I had to call her to request status, and she said she was having a hard time finding a driver for my route. When I have waited around long enough for a pick up that did not happen, I had to arrange for alternate methods of transporting my car to its desired destination. I asked for a refund of my $125.00 deposit, but Rachel refused.

I have 9 e-mails and phone conversations documented between us I work 7 days a week and always answer my phone if I am on another line or on a break I return calls I found you a driver on the 19th and you never called me back I left you 2 messages but there was no response I have the time and date documented on does calls and the drivers number that wanted to pick it up and than we have a none refundable deposit guarantee on all of our documentations you have all the e-mails that state that In this case I did my job .
