On 9/12/11, I pd a non-refundable deposit for a service of transporting my vehicle from AZ to MT, I was told this would be done within 3-4 days of the deposit. 3 weeks later, the service has still not been performed, even after multiple contact attempts with Rachel. Since I've expressed on many occasions the urgency for the transport, and the service still not completed, I decided to make other arrangements. I called to cancel the service and request a refund, however, I was told that it was a non-refundable deposit and they would not refund it. I could accept that if the service was provided when they claimed it would be and I was just dissatisfied, however it wasn't and I'm still waiting. I have since gone online and read many bad reviews about the company with the same scenarios, and all with the same individual...Rachel Sam. I feel they have been fraudulent in that they promise a service they have no intention of providing.
