This customer posted this review almost immediately after he cancelled his order with us, his money was refunded on the third day. He had placed the order approximately 3 weeks before his ship date, which is common. There was no reason to contact him during most of those 3 weeks. When we did contact him and informed him, that his pick up date, might extend a day or two, he cancelled. Which is his right. Within 3 days he received a full refund, which is documented. I feel that he is being unreasonable by posting his review and we take pride in the honest business we run!
