I had never shipped a car before and spent months learning about the process. After gathering information from many shippers I decided to use Heather as I was referred to her by someone who'd had a good experience with her. The price she quoted was one of the lowest I'd received. Heather was very friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. She always responded to a message the same day-usually right away. When our car wasn't being picked up by transporters in our time frame she called transporters and suggested that we increase the price. She tried to negotiate with transporters who wanted much more than our offered fee. We ultimately had to increase our fee substantially as we were down to the wire and didn't have a transporter. It's hard to know if the original quote we had been given was just off the mark or if transporters weren't going our way. Heather did her best to get our car where and when we needed it.

heather@redcarpetautotransport.com ~ 623-249-6288 ~ Thanks Elaine for such a nice review. As brokers, it can be difficult for us to know what price a carrier is looking for. We can only go by what carriers have shipped for in the past. I based your quote on past shipments, including the current demand. When carriers didn't seem to be accepting that price I had to find out what they were looking for. I'm glad that we could find a carrier for the time frame you were looking for.
