Nice voice. talked to her on Friday10/21/11 implied that the car would be picked up on Monday10/24/11 or Tuesday 10/25/11. That was the reason I went with them and the nice voice.
I called on Tuesday or Wednesday and was told they were going to get it on Friday (upset).
She called on Friday and asked me had they picked up my car, "no one called me and you did not send me the e-mail you said." She called them then called me back and said they got the car 10/28/11. When will it be delivered I asked, she said around the 11/8/11 I said WHAT then said okay. She called me back later and said no it looks like 11/1/11 or 11/02/11 I will stop there. Got it 11/04/11
car was nice not a scratch on it, was an open carrier but had a tarp on the side that protected it.
