The timeliness was outstanding. Car was picked up the day after I spoke to Patrick and delivered 3 days later. LBS driver was courteous and helpful. He removed the E-Z Pass for me so I wouldn't be charged any tolls by accident. Since the car beat me to Florida, I do not yet know the condition it was in when it arrived. My conciege who handled the transaction assured me everything was ok. Patrick was exceptional with the follow up. Definitely will use them again.
