I had never transported a vehicle before and had quite a few reservations and concerns about the process. The vehicle was being transported for my 17 year old daughter, so failure was not an option and would result in more drama than I care to deal with. I entered my information into a website to get quotes. I got more emails and calls than I cared to receive. One stood out and that was a phone call from Shawn at Red Carpet. He was professional, patient, detailed, precise and had none of the negative characteristics that so many of the correspondence had.
During the process, Shawn identified a carrier in exactly the time frame that he said he would. During the process if I had any concerns, Shawn was responsive during every call or email in a timely manner. Not only that, but he didnt just say dont worry. He said, I will make a call for you and call you back and handle it himself and he did so.
The price did not vary one dollar from what Shawn's original quote was. We used DRD auto transport who also came through flawlessly. They got to my house asked for exactly the amount I expected and drove off. I am sorry to say I had low expectations of how this was going to transpire. I am happy to say that even if I had hi expectations, Red Carpet auto transport would have surpassed that expectation. Thank you so much to Shawn and auto transport for not only living up to their word, but contributing to an amazing moment in a 17 year olds life. A reminder to all that sometimes we forget that we are impacting peoples lives not just doing business. I am a real person and this is a real review and I will not get, ask, or accept anything for this review. Mohamed
