Cherie followed thru with a quote by e-mail and then followed up again with a discount of $25.00.She seemed to really want my business and I was delighted with her expertise and professionalism. She took the time to explain how the process worked. Everything took place on time and much to my approval and appreciation. The drivers were also very good, great personalities and knowledgeable of their job. I would certainly use thias service again if I need to ship another auto.Customer Service is hard to come by these days, so I was extremely happy with my experiance with Red Carpet.Hats off to Cherie Barth!!
