I planned a relocation from New Jersey to California and I planned everything ahead. Including speaking to another transport company a month in advance. However, when it was time for them to pick up my car I got no phone call and I couldn't reach these people. This was less than a week before my flight was leaving to California. Needless to say I was flipping out. So I came to this site and found Red Carpet. I called them up and immediately Jerry was understanding and able to help me with my problem. Within 48 hours my car was picked up and I couldn't have been happier. It arrived in California about 5 days later. It was a a little dirty, but no worries. Nothing a good car wash couldn't help. I really appreciate everything Jerry did and how prompt he was getting my car picked up. I would definitely use this company again. =D
