I loved the fact that I was always contacted in peson by Mr. John Alguire, from beginning to end of the move of my car. Many competetor companies wanted to deal by email, and often withojt even a name of a person to deal with. Or if the they did call, they were orten less than perfect gentleman. Not so with John! He called in person at the beginning, and all the way through the transaction, and alwaqys the concerned, straightforward gentleman
.
I particularly liked that he was a good communicator, on top of his business, and knew what to tell me to allay my fears. I was charged nothing until the car was on board the truck, given the name and phone number of the trucker in case I needed it, and never had any worries, fears or concerns. By the way, his price was low. Not the lowest, but among the lowest. The car arrived clean, and flawless.

From the vey first phone call to the last, where Mr Alguire inquired if I was satisfied with the delivery, I enjoyed his assurance and professional follow through. One does not get this kind of satisfaction very often in today's business world. I have already recommended Red Carpe0 to a friend, and will never have my own car moved by anyone else!
