Using Red Carpet was a pleasant experience from beginning to end. I was originally going to use another company but my experience was hurried and I felt like my needs were not being met. Three days after my car wasn't picked up after the original company said it would be, I began searching for a new company on a Sunday and Cheryl contacted me just a few minutes after submitting a request for a quote. She was genuine, personable, helpful, and caring. She was in constant communication and was very helpful.

Although my car was really dirty upon delivery (that's what you get when you choose an open carrier to ship your car across the country!), I was very satisfied and it was nothing that a little car wash couldn't fix! The driver of the truck (Star Express) was also very nice, kept me informed, and was on time! I'd recommend that anyone looking to ship their car in the future use Red Carpet Auto Transport.
