Bernie was the third person I had spoken to in conducting my research to transport my pickup truck from Maryland to Albuquerque. Immediately, I noticed she had a positive customer orientation, was knowledgeable and made me feel at ease by addressing my concerns. She promised to keep me informed and followed up with me as she indicated. Although the truck is not new, she made me feel as if it was still valuable - which it is to me, my son and grandsons. It was picked up on the day promised and delivered the same way with no problems! Thanks, Bernie, from Ernie - a very satisfied customer!
