Shipping a vehicle can be a frustrating experience once you realize how everything works. I had bids to ship my newly purchased vehicle ranging from $500 all the way up to $1100. Red carpet auto transport was able to calm my nerves and explained the whole process clearly. I was always able to reach someone and they were very patient when it came to addressing any issues I had. Also, they only charged me when my car was actually on the truck and headed my way. My main contact was Shawn and he was very knowledgeable and never rushed me off the phone. The same can be said for every staff member I spoke with. I will always use Red Carpet for any future auto shipping I require. They provided me a stress free, well informed service along with a reasonable shipping rate that was competitive enough to get picked up within 3 days of signing with them which reflects why they have a 5 star rating. Thank you for taking care of me. Excellent job!
