Hi Bernadette,



I wanted to thank you again for all your help, you are a great combination of personable and professional. You kept in contact with updates (unlike other shipping companies) and gave me confidence that if anyone would venture into that foreign providence otherwise known as West Virginia you would find them.



I got the call from my friend Sunday afternooon, I gave him details so he could plot his route, we traded calls and e-mails so I had committed myself that evening.



To be honest I would have preferred to go with Red Carpet Auto as you use accredited drivers and I would have felt more secure with your company but as I said I made a commitment the night before you called.



If all goes horribly wrong with my current arrangment I may call you back like that guy in the auto insurance commercial that drove his car up a pole and is begging to come back to his old insurance company.



In the event that I need a shipment in the future I will definately get in touch with you and also recommend Red Carpet Auto to anyone with shipment needs.
