I was moving from Virginia to Washington state with two vehicles on a short timeline. Dennis contacted me within minutes of submitting my online request and had my FJ picked up and on its way within two days.

He maintained contact with me through the whole process ensuring that I knew where my vehicle was at all times along with coordinating deliver to my parents at the destination in Washington while I was still taking care of household goods in Virginia.
