Will never ship a vehicle again

The people at Red Carpet Auto Transport are very friendly and fast and were always willing to help. I think I had a case of bad luck, because it took 2 weeks for the car to be picked up, and it arrived damaged. The damage was around $200, and I didn't notice it firsthand because it was in the same area that there was already existing damage, so I lost out on $200. Fair enough, I should have noticed.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by a somewhat rude man who threw his cigarette in to my neighbor's lawn. He then proceeded to swear about how horrible his job was, and tried to guilt me in to giving him a tip. When he backed the car out of the enclosed truck, he proceeded to floor every vehicle that he had to get out of the way to reach mine (as in putting the gas pedal to the floor). He did the same thing to my vehicle, and I can't say that it made me happy.

I feel like I was cheated out of $200, had to wait twice as long as expected, and even though I missed the mistake, I believe I should get my $200 in damage back at least. I will never ship a vehicle again, period. If you do use this company, or any other, stay as far away from Vice Transportation as possible. It should also be noted that I was quoted $755 and paid $900 after waiting almost 2 weeks. I did get a closed carrier, however.

On a positive note, I do believe that Red Carpet tried very hard to get my vehicle shipped, and I just got unlucky.
