Ryan, I do apologize for your feelings that we did not live up to our 5 star reputation. It was unfortunate that Lang did leave the company when she did and that you felt neglected by this. We communicated with you that this was a difficult route and that it would be beneficial to offer more money to the carrier, we had even thrown in our entire fee to help facilitate the move for you. Sometimes it is simply the availability of trucks and having the exact amount they desire. We worked very hard to get this moved for you. We ask up to 7 days from the 1st day your car is available, which was 5/30...you cancelled 6/1. That definitely does not allow the 7 day period. Again, we do apologize for you feeling you were not adequately cared for. Best wishes, Red Carpet Auto Transport
