I was really worried about shipping my car for the very first time, but Mr. Carter made sure that everything was in placed and that my car was going to get pick up and deliver to its destination. The date of pickup got changed on the day it was supposed to be pick up, but it wasn't a big deal this time. Overall, I'm satisfied with the customer service that Mr. Carter has provided me.
