Dennis was friendly and very helpful from his first phone call. He answered all my questions and always followed up, especially when the driver was running late for pick-up. He was very easy to get in contact with. If his phone went to voicemail just leave a message and he'll call back very soon. I was shipping my car because I was moving from California to Michigan, where my husband was already working and I couldn't drive that far by myself and a 4 month old baby!

My car was to be picked up on the 27th and by the time I heard from the driver he was running late and said he would try to get there that evening or worst case the next morning. And since I lived in a congested area, there was no way he could get the truck around there so we met up at Target a mile away. Luckily I had my mom with me and a rental car already, and my baby in the back. This all happened at 10pm. But things like this happen, so there's not much to do about it.

The car was scheduled for drop off on the 4th, but he dropped it off on the 3rd, which was great, and right to the house too. The car was in the same shape I'd left it in! If I ever needed to transport a car again, or know someone who is doing it, I'd call Red Carpet again for sure.
