Just couldn't get the job done.

I set up the transport of our vehicles about 6 wk before they had to ship. Red Carpet quoted $2300. At the time I made sure to query Annmarie as to if that was enough to get a driver. She assured me that it was. As it turned out it was not. I waited and waited and waited to get a driver. None took the job. When I queried Annmarie (several times) about not having a driver she would tell me that she was doing everything she could. I can tell you that simply putting a too low bid out on the dispatch board is not enough! In the end I contacted MJ Parker Trucking who had me a driver in 24 hours. They quoted correctly and POW there was a driver - not just a driver but an excellent driver/carrier - that will be another review. So bottom line be very cautious with Red Carpet. I know they have an excellent rating here - a point that I am baffled by - but my experience with this company was very poor.

Red carpet auto transport***Annmarie* 602-438-4644** John I apologize for all the inconvenience that had occurred during this process. Sometimes we do run into these road blocks, I stayed in contact with you either by phone or email. I feel that I did not under quote the whole shipment. It was being very competitive, none the less. I appreciate your input and will adjust how I do things in the future.
