My pickup was complicated because I was not in AZ at the time and had to arrange to have someone at the AZ address coordinated with the pick up time. I also had to have the car dropped off at a relative's house in Grand Rapids. Because I was dependent on others to help me at each location, timing was of the utmost importance. Shawn made every effort to make this happen and everything worked out without a hitch. I would highly recommend Shawn and would not hesitate to use him again.
