I was extremely pleased with the service I received at Red Carpet Auto Transport. This was the first time I had ever shipped a vehicle and Tige was more than knowledgeable. I appreciated that he told me every little thing I would want to know plus more and told me exactly what to expect. He found a carrier to pick up my vehicle on the first available day of pick-up and the car arrived earlier than expected. That was my only little issue with the process; the carrier is supposed to call you the day before he picks up the vehicle and the day before he drops it off. However, my carrier called me an hour before he was to drop off the car and since he was early this could have been problematic. Thankfully it worked out fine. This is of no reflection to Red Carpet Auto or Tige though, he has no control over whether or not the carrier remembers to call or not. The point it my car got to its destination safe and sound and if I need to ship it again I will be going through Tige at Red Carpet Auto Transport.
