NJ to Seattle - Red Carpet Transport

My first contact with the company was Kelvin who was very good and thorough, and walked me through the whole process very clearly and honestly. As it turns out Kelvin was a trainee, and later my contract was taken over by Felicia, without any gaps or problems. My contract was from NJ to Seattle, WA.

It took a while (~ 2 weeks ) to match me with a carrier, and Red Carpet called back to say they had a tentative match but the carrier wanted a bit more money ($90) to take the contract, so we did increase the price. The pickup went well, Alex and Tim were the drivers and did call in advance to give a time window, and called again about 4 hours ahead, and finally 20 minutes. The car arrived in good shape in Seattle after 9 days, a few days longer than the drivers had estimated. The drivers were friendly and helpful, and all the contact with folks at Red Carpet was very helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend Red Carpet to others.

You made your reservation with RCAT on July 6th and it dispatched on July 16th. You paid for standard shipping which includes 1-10 for dispatching your vehicle to a driver. Price and location determines a dispatch. And your loading address was in Little Star, NJ which wasn't a popular spot for the drivers. We assigned your vehicle to a carrier that moves many vehicles for us.
